Development Pathway
Bigga Ballaz
Competitive football. Tactical understanding, physical development, and the character to lead a team.
Bigga Ballaz is competitive football. Players who want to test themselves get tactical understanding, physical development and the responsibility that comes with playing in a team that expects to win.
It is also where character work becomes explicit. Leading a group, handling a bad result and holding standards when nobody is watching are coached as deliberately as passing.
What to expect
- Technical work, then small-sided games
- A maximum of ten players per coach
- Qualified Ballaz coaches, DBS-equivalent checked
- Water breaks and shaded rest between activities
- Grouped by age, then by ability
